The name recognition. When wading through the myriad esoteric names of residential projects, it's difficult to find a relatable touchstone. In this instance, brand recognition becomes key, and several Florida projects carry it like a badge. The Morgans Hotel Group, responsible for South Beach "It" hotels Delano and The Shore Club, recently unveiled the $150 million Mondrian South Beach, the East Coast sequel to the original Mondrian in Los Angeles.
