Mondrian South Beach is in Town

MHG launched sales for Mondrian South Beach during Art Basel, welcoming connoisseurs of style from around the globe to first dibs for the hotel residences. Located at 1100 West Avenue, Mondrian South Beach offers ownership in a waterfront property with private, VIP boat access to Biscayne Bay and breathtaking views of downtown Miami, making a significant impact on the Beach's West side, and continuing to introduce a new aesthetic to South Beach. In this signature trendsetting move, MHG will pioneer West Avenue, creating a posh new landmark on Biscayne Bay, complete with MHG's distinctive lodging, dining and nightlife experiences as well as designs by world-renowned Marcel Wanders. Mondrian South Beach invites sophisticated revelers to enjoy a destination that truly embodies MHG's "Modern Resort" concept, bringing the best of both worlds into perfect balance.

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group handles sales for the hotel residencies, with prices from $400,000 for bay-front studios to $6 million for four private penthouses. The property will have approximately 342 hotel residences comprised of studios, one and two-bedroom units, and four penthouse suites.
